To allow for continuous learning over the summer months, 2-5th grade students will be keeping their assigned computing devices & classroom iPads assigned to Kindergarten and 1st grade students will be sent home during the last week of school for student use.

Families who wish to opt out of keeping their student’s assigned device will need to indicate that they are “opting out” by completing the form at by Thursday, June 16.  When students who opt out return to school in the Fall, a device will be assigned for school year learning.

Students Withdrawing

Families who are withdrawing from Northshore are expected to return any technology devices assigned to their students, including computers, tablets, hotspots, and all accessories such as bags, and chargers.  Please email Jill Brobeck at if your student will be withdrawing at the end of the 2021-2022 school year to notify of the withdrawal.  Withdrawing students who do not return their devices and accessories will be issued a fine for replacement.


Summer Care

Students and families are expected to take care of their assigned device by keeping it charged and in its bag when not in use.  Care instructions can be found at
